While at first glance one may think Lionel Richie, ahh but no. Sunday mornings in the Omega House
back at PSC was usually a time for slow wake ups. Usually with a little Spyro Gyra and Morning Dance. Sometime around noon a ride to the Kancamagus Highwayalways seemed like a good idea.

In 1983 this was an incredible tune and one of the best train scenes ever to hit the big screen. We should all have such a ride on the rails at some point in our lives. For me 1983 also meant working at South Shore Bank in Quincy, MA. It was also the year of the famous 6am surprise birthday party for my roommate Jack.

We've All Got One
Sunday Morning. Always an interesting part of the week. I usually find myself being both reflective and looking ahead. So this morning Pandora was tuned to a singer song writer that has pretty much seen me through every stage of my life. This past week was about big life decisions and now with that behind I look ahead and own the responsibility to create the future I have imagined. Where ever the road leads I know I will always be accompanied by this old trusted friend.
